WADE C. JOHNSON has been involved in construction and real estate development since 1977—first as a tradesman, then contractor for residential and light commercial development. He moved to California in 1985 to attend engineering school, and began again as a tradesman in commercial construction and progressed to estimator and project manager for a general engineering contractor and construction manager engaged in mass grading and infrastructure development in Orange County. He finished his "field" career with a large industrial and commercial builder assigned to a project modifying a newspaper printing plant in Orange County and then to a 400,000 sf hospitality project in Beverly Hills. He now puts his industry experience to use by focusing his law practice on matters affecting real estate development and construction. In addition to legal services, Mr. Johnson frequently acts as mediator and arbitrator resolving disputes for others while occasionally providing expert testimony in selected cases. He is a California licensed lawyer, general engineering contractor, general building contractor and real estate broker.
